Callora is committed to protecting your privacy.
We do not collect any personal information. Callora works without requiring you to create an account or provide any personal details.
Room codes are randomly generated and temporary. They expire after 2 minutes of inactivity.
We do not store call recordings, audio, or video content.
Calls are established using WebRTC technology. Audio and video data is transmitted directly between participants where possible, relayed through a TURN server only when a direct connection isn't possible.
Our servers only facilitate the initial connection (signalling). We do not have access to the content of your calls.
If you submit an abuse report, we collect the room code and category of report. This information is used solely to investigate abuse.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any analytics tools.
Room codes and connection data are automatically deleted after 2 minutes of inactivity.
Abuse reports may be retained for up to 30 days for investigation purposes.
If you enable notifications for a shared room link, a device push token is stored against that room code and deleted once the room expires or you unregister it.
Callora is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
